Google Meet is now directly accessible via Gmail. The enterprise videoconferencing tool is currently available on Gmail for the web with mobile coming soon. Users can click “join a meeting” or “start a meeting” right from Gmail, which will generate a meet.google.com URL for you to share. Google Meet will also is expected to get new features, including a new layout option, improved video quality in dim lighting, and the ability to filter background noise.
