Kemp Technologies, a provider of the load balancer and application delivery controller solutions and services, announced that it had acquired Mill Point Capital. Mill Point is a private equity firm that builds load-balancing products.
It employs an Executive Partner model and has extensive experience investing in transactions in the technology and business services sectors. Ray Downes will continue the CEO of Kemp Technologies.
