World Economic Forum (WEF) has launched an ‘Empowering AI Toolkit’ for Boards of Directors. It guides them on how AI has an impact on branding, operations, and company culture. The toolkit was created by the WEF with Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution Network Fellows from Accenture, BBVA, IBM and Suntory Holdings.
The toolkit helps businesses consider how AI can impact their competitive strategy. It contains several questions boards of directors should ask themselves, such as whether management anticipates compliance with upcoming laws and regulations, and possible impacts on individuals’ rights, society, and ethical values. The toolkit was released ahead of the annual WEF meeting in Davos where it will be launched officially next week.
