With a digital payment acquisition, Razer plans to expand in Indonesia

HYCU secures 53 million USD to bolster its multi-cloud data security service

In order to accelerate its expansion goals in Indonesia, Razer’s Fintech subsidiary has purchased E2Pay Global Utama, a digital payments services provider.

The acquisition would help Razer Fintech expand into one of Southeast Asia’s fastest-growing digital economies, the company said on Thursday. The deal’s financial specifics were not disclosed. E2Pay provides a variety of payment services, which Razer claimed would complement the cross-border payments services it already provided to its own network of 60,000 merchants in the region.

E2Pay provides e-money, remittance services, and a payment gateway to merchants and financial institutions in Indonesia, supporting e-commerce industries such as online marketplaces, professional services, and travel.
