In recent years, businesses have been able to use the services of several cloud providers. However, for many of them, this involves deploying diverse designs across many clouds, which can be more complicated, costly, and inefficient.

According to Sumit Dhawan, the new president of VMware Inc., the difficulty for a successful multi-cloud strategy is to run a single architecture across multiple clouds, which allows organizations to take a unified and easier approach to development, management, and security.

A uniform developer experience, or control layer, would be the wise way to various clouds, he said.
