The virtualization technology company introduced IBM Consulting as one of its first global system integrator (GSI) partners at the ongoing VMware Explore conference. The cooperation between IBM and VMware has been going strong for more than 20 years, with the former being the largest operator of VMware workloads globally.
With the most recent advancement, IBM will be acting as a consultant for the clients using those environments in addition to managing the clouds.
