Workday announced the launch of a dashboard to calculate an organization’s diversity and inclusion initiatives and data. VIBE Index is the metric for measuring relative performance, and VIBE Central is the dashboard that will bring together the D&I snapshots to a centralized database. The dashboard intends to deliver best practices, information, and tools and reporting to detect the gaps in the hiring, leadership, and attrition.

Workday believes that the VIBE index can be deployed to measure equity and to belong equally to D&I. Enterprises can use the different factors of an employee’s identity to consider equity and parity while evaluating promotion and hiring.
