Unbabel acquires Lingo24 to bolster translations for enterprises

San Francisco, California-based Unbabel, an innovator that delivers AI-driven translation to help businesses deliver customer service in multiple languages, today announced the acquisition of Edinburgh, a Scottish language service provider (LSP) Lingo24. The terms of the agreement remain undisclosed.

Founded in 2013, Unbabel offers a platform for language integration that combines advanced CX / CRM platforms and uses a combination of machine and human translation layers to deliver multilingual customer service across all digital support channels such as email.
