California-based Turing Enterprises Inc., which helps companies hire and manage remote software engineers, has closed a USD87 million investment valuing it at USD1.1 billion.
The investment comes about a year after Turing’s previous USD32 million funding round. New investor WestBridge Capital led this latest raise with more than a half-dozen others.
Turing operates the Intelligent Talent Cloud platform that helps companies hire remote software engineers. There are more than 1 million developers on the forum, Turing says, up 900% from a year ago. Johnson & Johnson, Dell Technologies Inc., and Rivian Automobile Inc. have also turned to the startup for help with technical hiring.
