The Tel Aviv-based firm SQream has announced a cooperation with Hitachi Vantara, a provider of data management and digital infrastructure solutions.
SQream provides a GPU-accelerated data warehouse to perform complicated queries and enable rapid analytics at scale. As part of the agreement, the analytics company will combine Hitachi Content Software for File, a highly parallel NVMe-based file system, and Hitachi Content Platform (HCP) object storage with its data acceleration platform. According to the corporations, the unified solution will allow businesses to quickly analyze all of the data present in their systems.
The objective of this collaboration, according to SQream’s Chief Revenue Officer Benny Yehezkel, is to offer customers with significant analytics needs (up to peta-scale) the greatest cost-performance combined platform.
