Softline, an IT and digital transformation solutions and services provider, signed an agreement to acquire Indian digital infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions and services company, Value Point Systems.
Value Point Systems is an Indian company that offers complete next-generation digital infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions. It collaborates with companies like AWS, Cisco, CrowdStrike, HP, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Microsoft, VMWare, and Zscaler.
The acquisition will incorporate Value Point’s services, such as cybersecurity, data center modernization, network transformation, cloud transformation to Sotfline. After the acquisition, local customers of Value Point System will have access to the full range of solutions and services offered by Softline.
