The London-based company Snowplow Analytics is providing businesses with a platform to create structured behavioral data assets that are tailored to fit particular AI and BI applications while remaining fully compliant.
These assets describe customer behavior, actions, and decisions, and the context in which those actions and decisions are made. The business revealed today that a series B round of fundraising totaled USD 40 million. Streamed for real-time applications or enhanced with third-party data and systems to fulfil future use cases, the platform provides AI/BI-ready data directly to the data warehouse or lakehouse.
With the help of this round of funding, which was led by international venture capital firm NEA, Snowplow plans to expand both domestically and internationally. The company intends to do this by expanding its team and adding support for a wider variety of data types.
