Service Now, a digital workforce automation company has announced the acquisition of AIOps firm Loom Systems. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. As per the agreement, Loom Systems CEO Gabby Menachem and other team members will join ServiceNow. Moreover, Loom Systems tech will be integrated with ServiceNow’s IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions.
Israel-based Loom Systems specializes in analyzing software log data across applications in the cloud to help organizations manage operations. Loom collects metrics from IT stack monitors and alerts IT admins when something is likely to go off track.
