ServiceNow announces a new Virtual Agent interface with Citrix ITSM that promises to address virtual application and desktop resets automatically.
Companies are attempting to resolve IT issues as virtual infrastructure increases in the hybrid work environment. While chatbots are useful, many IT departments still deal with situations involving virtual applications and desktop sessions manually.
Resets are among the top five request and incident types, according to ServiceNow. IT will be able to automate reset activities within the Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops service thanks to the integration.
