ServiceNow acquires DotWalk, aims to automate upgrades

ServiceNow said it acquired DotWalk, a company that conducts testing and development of Now Platform applications. DotWalk uses AI retrieval testing for business processes and creates automated tests. With DotWalk tools, customers can verify app changes without developing a test script.

ServiceNow said DotWalk works by default in the default ServiceNow test framework already. DotWalk specials accelerate ServiceNow development. Companies are trying to address the fact that many organizations will continue to submit applications and use them automatically. In addition, there is a shortage of developers to come.

ServiceNow said it has already completed the purchase of DotWalk.
