ServiceNow Acquired Mapwize and Plans to Integrate Indoor Mapping Into Now Platform-01

ServiceNow has acquired Mapwize, an indoor mapping business, as part of its expansion strategy, which includes tuck-in acquisitions.

ServiceNow will enable indoor mapping for employees that reserve office space in hybrid work arrangements as a result of the Mapwize acquisition. Mapwize will also be used to assist businesses with managing and updating floor plans when their layouts change.

Swarm64, a database acceleration business based in Berlin, was recently bought by ServiceNow. ServiceNow’s Now Platform and Workplace Delivery Suite will include Mapwize, a company based in Lille, France.

Education, healthcare, retail, transit, events, and hospitality are just a few of the businesses that use Mapwize’s indoor mapping software.
