Salesforce to enhances call center services with Amazon AI technology

Salesforce, Amazon, AI, technology, call center, AWS, customer apps has announced that it will use artificial intelligence (AI) technology from Amazon’s cloud computing unit to improve customer service apps. The company will use technology from Amazon Web Services (AW) to turn the customer’s spoken words into text, where it can be translated into different languages or analyzed to determine whether the customer is angry or satisfied, all in real-time.

As part of the agreement, AWS content will become available on Trailhead, an online learning platform from Salesforce.
