Salesforce and AWS Announces Partnership for Developers to Integrate Workflows

Salesforce and Amazon Web Services have announced that their partnership would be expanded to allow developers to use AWS within Salesforce, integrate workflows, and use pre-built apps.

Since 2016, the two companies have become partners and have a number of shared customers. Salesforce and AWS announced that pre-built applications will integrate AWS voice, AI, and video capabilities with Salesforce Customer 360. 

As Salesforce pushed out a range of low-code products, AWS and Salesforce revealed the latest installment of their relationship.

Salesforce will embed AWS voice, video, AI, and machine learning capabilities in its sales, service, and industrial applications, among other areas of the AWS and Salesforce partnership.
