Render raises $20M in funding for its ‘zero DevOps’ cloud platform

Render Services Inc., a start-up that works to reduce the amount of manual labor involved in setting up and managing cloud workloads, today disclosed that it has secured a $ 20 million funding round.

San Francisco-based Render plans to triple its 35 employees the following year using the Series A cycle, which was led by investment firm Addition.

The initiative also aims to add many new features to the word rendering, which defines it as the “zero DevOps” cloud platform. Render Forum is designed to reduce the complexity and cost of maintaining a public cloud space. Render plans to expand into yet more segments using its latest $20 million funding round.
