Otter.ai, a California-based firm that uses AI and Machine Learning to provide customers with shareable and searchable real-time speech-to-text transcription meeting notes, has announced a major update to its transcription-focused speech-to-text Otter platform.
The update will transform the new Otter from a single-player transcribing service to a full-fledged multi-player collaboration tool, according to the company. With this new version, the company will take another step forward in its goal to play a vital role in the future of work.
