Ltd., a startup with an artificial intelligence-based operational management platform, announced today that it has raised USD 3.5 million in new funding to expand the capabilities of its customer intelligence product line. Bonfire Ventures, along with Wonder Ventures, headed the seed round.
The business claims that its platform provides contact centers and business leaders with indisputable information so they can change the way they serve customers as a whole in a way that directly affects their bottom line.

The service aims to address how a contact center’s perception of what customers want does not always correspond to what they actually need, leading to long wait times, subpar inquiry resolution, and confusing phone trees for customers.
