Nvidia Corp, in partnership with the University of Florida, will build a supercomputer
powered by artificial intelligence. This is primarily to help the higher education sector,
announced Nvidia.

The project will cost $70 million. In its essence, the university will also enhance HiPerGator,
its existing supercomputer, with the help of the Nvidia chip. It is expected to be functional
by early 2021. Reportedly, the researchers are now using the company’s chips in data
centers to boost AI-based computing work.
