Nvidia-Announces QODA-Platform-for-Quantum_-Classical-Computing

Nvidia, the industry leader in GPU and AI, will introduce QODA at the Q2B conference in Tokyo. QODA is a single programming environment for hybrid classical-quantum computing.

The overall goal of QODA is to make the highly specialized quantum development discipline available to a wider variety of software developers, much like Nvidia’s CUDA (Compute Unified Device Architecture) platform for parallel computing development. Although QODA aims to simplify it, the storyline for Nvidia GPUs in the quantum realm is more complex than it is even in AI.

Costa claims that Nvidia’s goal with QODA is to give programmers access to cutting-edge computing technology and enable domain scientists to take use of quantum acceleration, closely paired with the greatest GPU supercomputing.
