New features added to Dynamics 365 Customer Insights by Microsoft

Microsoft is set to launch new Power Platform 2020 Wave 2 and Dynamic 365 features from October 2020 to March 2021. The Wave 2 roll-out will be used to announce a few additional potential features in its Dynamics 365 Customer Insights client data platform. As per Microsoft officials, the Dynamics 365 Customer Insights will have AI functionality, and cross-channel analytics features termed the “engagement insights.” The new features will help users measure and analyze user behavior across mobile, connected, and web devices.

Earlier, a partial list of the Wave 2 features was made public in July. The list mentioned analytics features added to the Dynamics 365 Customer Service Insights and new functionalities for agents for customer issue resolutions.
