NCS teams up with The Dialog Group to tap growth opportunities in Australia-01

NCS has allocated $ 239.38 million to acquire The Dialog Group in an effort to find new growth opportunities in Australia. The initiative is part of the expansion plans of the company under Singtel in the region and is recommended to expand its portfolio of services.

This partnership will triple the area to 1,300, the NCS said in a statement.

The Australian private IT services company, Dialog is present in all seven cities in the country, including Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, and Brisbane. Its portfolio includes application management services, IT consulting, and application development.
