Oracle announced the launch of Cloud Observability and Management Platform as a part of the suite of diagnostic, analytics, and management tools to manage on-premise and multiple cloud environments. The organization has entered the rather crowded hybrid management and multi-cloud market. They can use the platform for rapid optimization of costs and resource allocation.

Many vendors have been trying to become a layer that can manage multiple clouds. AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud are some of the public clouds trying to gain a foothold in the market. HPE, Dell Technologies, IBM, VMware, etc. are other providers with equivalent multi-cloud management strategies.
