Payroll Service Provider ADP has announced the addition of more machine learning and artificial intelligence capabilities to its DataCloud HCM platform. The move is a demonstration of the plan to go up against prominent HR software players. A series of tools will be added in the new update that will improve workforce analytics.
The new ADP DataCloud will leverage aggregated and anonymized data from more than 740000 organizations for compensation, retention, and headcount benchmarks. Kathleen Winters, CFO at ADP, said that the organization is focused on the next-gen HCM solution, it will help solidify the position of the organization in the upmarket space.
