Mindtree, a digital transformation and technology provider, is set to acquire NxT Digital Company, a cloud-based IoT and AI platform, to better satisfy consumer demand for analytical services in the Industry 4.0 era.
NxT Digital Business commenced as a startup with broad digital abilities within Larsen & Toubro (L&T), an Indian multinational technology union including Mindtree. According to a filing by Business Today, the transaction is priced at Rs 198 crore (approximately £19 million) and is expected to be completed by July 31, 2021.
The organization hopes that the acquisition will provide scale and business agility to meet its customers’ growing end-to-end digital transformation demands.
