Microsoft Corp. has introduced new artificial intelligence features for Sales Viva, a cloud application it released last year, the company claimed to ease the work of enterprise sales teams.
The OpenAI LLC GPT-3.5 model powers the new AI features. The model also serves as the foundation for ChatGPT, the startup’s AI chatbot that made its debut in December. The productivity suite Microsoft 365, formerly known as Office, is offered in several editions, each of which includes a collection of software products.
The Microsoft 365 enterprise editions come with a Viva employee engagement tool. The company said that the platform’s Viva Sales, a feature geared toward sales teams, will soon include the AI features that Microsoft debuted
