ServiceNow and Microsoft strive to integrate workflows for functions such as IT, HR, facilities, and acquisition into Microsoft Teams as the firms expand their strategic partnership.
As part of ServiceNow’s Now Platform Rome release, ServiceNow is introducing Employee Center, a center for employees to obtain information and get assistance across several departments like IT, human resources, facilities, and legal. The overall concept is that employees can cut downtime on ordinary tasks, become more productive and perhaps avoid burnout.
Following the Microsoft partnership, ServiceNow’s Employee Center will be available as a collaborative application that can be embedded into Teams.
