Satya Nadella, CEO of Microsoft, spoke about the speed of development of new applications and tools, at this week’s Build conference. “It’s all about that developer velocity,” he stated as the business introduced tools and services to help developers transform ideas into software stacks more quickly.
The annual event caters to both traditional developers and emerging developers who work with spreadsheets and other “low-code” technologies. This week’s major announcements included the integration of AI technology with the Microsoft Power FX low-code programming language, and upgrades to Cosmos DB.
Non-technical individuals can utilize the Microsoft Power Platform to create, automate, and analyze data without having to wait for developers to build the apps and processes for them.
