Microsoft is integrating Engage, a brand-new Yammer-based tool, into its Viva platform for managing employee experiences. With the addition of the Engage app, Microsoft is extending the reach of its Viva employee-experience platform.
The company is presenting Engage as a social-community app with connectivity to the Teams app for Communities. On July 19, the first day of its annual Inspire partner conference, Microsoft unveiled Engage. According to Microsoft representatives, the Viva suite will include the Glint HR solutions in 2023.
Despite not being a part of the Viva suite, Microsoft has also given a new CRM companion app the name “Viva Sales.” Microsoft is also releasing a few tools for creative expression that are intended to enhance the Viva community experience.
The platform covers e entire enterprise technology space- including emerging technologies like RPA, AI, cloud, automation, and the entire gamut of digital transformation tools, strategies and management decisions.
