Microsoft acquires Ally.io

On Oct 8, 2021, Microsoft Corp announced it acquired Ally Technologies Inc., a goal-planning and execution management company, for an undisclosed amount.

Established in 2018, Ally.io provides strategic execution management and goal-planning software developed to assist organizations to execute strategies and achieve their goals. The cloud-based offering allows organizations to shift from traditional, disjointed planning as well as execution to a modern, objectives and key results-based framework that drives alignment, transparency and agility and also empowers the workforce.

Ally.io makes it for organizations to adopt objectives as well as key results or OKRs for a seamless experience of a user’s daily workflow.
