Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) on Thursday said it had partnered with SAP to take the lead in its digital transformation journey.

SAP will enable the Mumbai automaker to improve its technology status and improve its overall performance.

“Agility and innovation for business enterprise is at the forefront of changing industry volatility and customer expectations. We believe the cloud is an agent for change in the company’s digital transformation by delivering high levels of intelligence and automation,” M&M Group Technology Chief Mohit Kapoor said in a statement.

SAP on cloud uses business transformation as a service-based approach to the company’s digital roadmap to rethink customer transactions through basic transformation and use data / AI to further customer and employee experience.
