Lendlease has formed a global partnership with Google Cloud to speed up its digital transformation strategy. Under this new agreement, Google Cloud aims to assist the multi-national group by migrating its mission-critical enterprise workloads such as in-house “project excellence”, CAD platforms, platform Oli, and the company’s Oracle-based e-finance system. These applications currently reside in the eight on-premise data centers situated across the four continents, onto the cloud.
The two firms will collaborate to integrate machine learning, artificial intelligence, and smart data analytics capabilities from Google Cloud into Lendlease’s Podium building software platform. Lendlease states this move would provide its customers the required intelligence for improving quality and safety.
