Jio Haptik Technologies has announced a new self-serve Enterprise CX platform. The new platform will help brands build Intelligent Virtual Assistants in a low code environment and helps them go live within few days.

Jio Haptik claims that the new platform is specifically designed keeping the customer experience needs. It will be focused on Haptik’s core clientele, the consumer brands across E-commerce, Digital Native and Gaming, Mortgage, Telecom industries and insurance.

Haptik claims that driven by constant customer feedback it has invested in the last one and half years in building a platform that can be a solution to the issues.
