Intel has recently boosted its 2021 outlook as PC demand propelled its client computing group sales and Internet of things (IoT). In fact, enterprise and Mobileye showed steady growth, and thus, the technology giant believes the semiconductor sector is surging due to this increased digitization across businesses.
The company also reported a second-quarter net income of $5.1 billion, on revenue of $19.6 billion. Furthermore, for 2021, Intel expects a GAAP revenue of $77.6 billion and non-GAAP revenue of $73.5 billion. This is alongside the non-GAAP earnings of $4.80 per share.
