Indeed, a U.S.-based job search platform announced on Wednesday that it is about to lay off 2,200 jobs, approximately 15% of its workforce. The Chief Executive Officer, Chris Hyams, will take a 25% pay cut. The economic uncertainty was triggered by exponential rate hikes by central banks globally.
The job searches platforms’ revenue from HR technology will witness a decline in the fiscal years 2023 and 2024.
