IBM has launched a new service that is projected by the Big Blue as an open and secure hybrid cloud architecture to enable telco providers to answer targeted vulnerabilities encountered in the severely regulated telco industry. The organization announced that IBM Cloud for Telecommunication is focused on improving edge and 5G innovation for clients.
The new platform is developed on IBM Cloud Satellite and Red Hat OpenShift tec. IBM’s Cloud satellite is presently in the beta phase. The platform has integrated IBM Telco Network Cloud Manager and IBM Edge Application Manager. The integration will help decrease the network-based architecture budget, improve automation, and better service implementation.
