IBM Introduces New Services to its Cloud Security Portfolio

IBM introduced the new suite of security services that strive to help businesses apply a unified security approach over distributed hybrid cloud environments.

IBM officials said that the expanded Security Services for Cloud portfolio is intended to support organizations simplify and connect cloud security across ecosystems, which brings together IBM and third-party technologies alongside support to control security across cloud environments, including Google Cloud, IBM Cloud, AWS, and Microsoft Azure.

The new security services leverage AI and automation to help businesses recognize and prioritize risks, respond to potential threats over cloud environments and combine that data with their wider security operations and on-premises systems.
