Microsoft Corp. invests in an Indian human resources software company Darwinbox, as more businesses are exploring opportunities to retain talented resources.
According to the Bloomberg report, Darwinbox received an equity investment of undisclosed size as an extension of the series D round, which valued the company at more than $1 billion in early 2022.
The business alliance will work cohesively to integrate Darwinbox and Microsoft product ecosystems.
