New York-based company HowGood, a firm that delivers a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, has announced a new round of funding of 12.5 million USD.
The company has announced Latis, a dedicated sustainability intelligence product. Latis conducts immediate analysis for over 33,000 components, chemicals, and materials and provides deep insights into commercial R&D processes, according to HowGood, which claims to have the largest database on ingredient and product sustainability.
HowGood wants to use the funds raised in this round, headed by Titan Grove, to expand its internal team, develop its sustainability intelligence offering, increase industry alliances in the United States and Europe, and expand beyond the food vertical.
