Cambridge Quantum and Honeywell Quantum Solutions have concluded their business combination and have re-emerged as Quantinuum, which intends to be a “full-stack” quantum computing company.
The launch of Quantinuum is a precursor to the company’s flagship cyber security solution, which will be released in a few weeks. Ilyas Khan will be the CEO of Quantinuum. Tony Uttley will be the company’s President and Chief Operating Officer. Quantinuum will be chaired by Honeywell CEO Darius Adamczyk.
Cybersecurity, drug discovery and delivery, encryption, natural language processing and material science will be Quantinuum’s core markets across industries.
