CyberCube, a cyber risk analytics firm has partnered with global specialist insurer Hiscox, to use CyberCube’s risk analytics software to generate better insight into potential systemic cyber risk. The company’s risk-modeling platform allows insurance marketers to strengthen their accumulation risk management and exposure measurement.
As a result of the deal, Hiscox will get access to CyberCube’s portfolio manager product, which will help Hiscox’s book of global commercial insurance business against a number of cloud outages and global ransomware attacks. Established in 2015, CyberCube’s SaaS platform helps insurance companies make better decisions when underwriting cyber risk and managing cyber risk aggregation.
