Hadean, a start-up providing metaverse infrastructure and developers, has announced that it has raised USD 30 million in fresh funding to connect the real and virtual worlds.
Molten Ventures led the Series A round, which also included 2050 Capital, Alumni Ventures, Aster Capital, Entrepreneur First, and InQTel. The makers of the wildly popular video game “Fortnite” and the Unreal Engine gaming graphics software kit, Epic Games, also took part in the round.
With the goal of offering a scalable, distributed computing platform for Web3 and the metaverse, the business was established in 2015. At the moment, it is used to power realistic simulations in industrial applications and immersive virtual worlds in video games.
