Google has added a new feature to their Google Calendar that can help customers duck out of the undesired, non-important tasks. Google has added a ‘Focus time’ event setting to the calendar. This would be similar to the ‘event type’ feature in google calendar like ‘out of office’ and will be marked with a headphone icon.
The focus time setting will also allow users to automatically reject conflicting events and also will have a check box to automatically decline meetings. This feature will be useful for the workers who are remotely working during the pandemic and are tired of attending unimportant online chats and video meetings.
