Google announced a new set of product improvements and technology partnerships at the Cloud Applied ML Summit aimed at making it easier for customers to construct, deploy, manage, and maintain Machine Learning (ML) models in production.
All of the upgrades are housed in the company’s AI development environment, Vertex AI, which was unveiled a year ago at the Google I/O 21 conference. This is a managed machine learning platform that allows developers to deploy and maintain AI models more quickly. On Vertex AI Workbench, Google announced a preview of Server less Spark.
This enables data scientists to run a server less Spark session from within their notebooks and develop code interactively. Google announced a data relationship with Neo4j in the graph data sector, which integrates graph-based machine learning algorithms.
