The Google LLC business cloud has announced the regular acquisition of the C2D model series, based on Epyc’s new processors for Advanced Micro Devices Inc.
C2D scenarios direct a highly functional load such as semiconductor software and a website. The launch continues AMD’s latest momentum in the cloud market, which has helped double the revenue of the data center business in the last quarter.
The new C2D series is part of a broader portfolio in Google Cloud known as the Compute Optimized line-up. As the name suggests, the system is geared towards operating loads that use a significant amount of processing capacity. The C2D series direct workloads that require not only significant processing capacity but also a large amount of memory.
