Google Cloud AI made general available

Google has declared the general availability of a part of its AI platform, the AI Prediction service. The tech enables hosting the models trained in ML frameworks like Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, and XGBoost. The service is the last phase of the machine learning pipeline. The ML models will understand the target values for the new data. ML models in the service will be exposed in the form of REST endpoints. They can be leveraged by any standard client that is HTTP-compatible.

The entire AI Platform Prediction service is built on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) backend, improving flexibility and reliability. It is possible with the latest hardware choices like NVIDIA GPUs and Google Compute Engine machine types.
