Google Broadens Business Messages Partner Ecosystem

Google LLC announced today that it is expanding its Business Messages service, which makes it easier for customers to contact businesses for help. Google Cloud has released Business Messages, an artificial intelligence-powered system.

 It draws users in with text chats that can be launched from locations where they often look for answers, such as Google Search, Maps, or brand websites and applications. Now, Google has announced the addition of Twilio Inc. and Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories Inc. to the Business Messages partner ecosystem, with Avaya Inc. to follow in the coming months. 

These partners will collaborate with businesses that want to implement Business Messages, providing hands-on development, technical support, and bespoke application development services.
